2. Present Findings & Benchmark Results

We prepare and present an extensive report with our findings. This includes your observed strengths and weaknesses, your pain points, and future threats. All assessment areas will be scored graphically and compared to global benchmarks.

3. Identify Quick Wins & Long-Term Strategies

Your report will include around 30 actionable projects. These include “quick wins” that deliver immediate value, as well as longer-term projects that will shape your strategy over the next 5 years. Each project is triaged according to impact, ease, and cost. We will also outline the impact that each project will have on your KPIs, so you can foresee the return on your investment.

4. Provide Ongoing Support

How long does it take to complete the assessment?

We typically like to spend at least a week with you on the ground. We visit your stores, immerse ourselves in your business, and talk to your many operational teams. From there, we analyze the results and prepare a detailed report. The whole process takes 4-6 weeks from start to finish.

What will I get out of the exercise and how will it help us?

You will learn a lot about yourselves! In short, we give you a strategic plan for the next several years, including at least 25 actionable recommendations. Some are quick wins, and others may require more strategic thought and planning. We will recommend what to do and when.
