This week, the Maplewave International team is conducting a week-long training event with one of our clients in Gaborone, Botswana. This is in preparation for the Maplewave Transact Go Live that is scheduled for March 2nd, 2018.
Kenneth Nkacwang, Maplewave’s Lead Business Analyst based in Johannesburg, South Africa covered the first two days of technical training. Following this, our Retail Biz Ops Specialist, Kotie Morgan, hosted the rest of the week. This was in addition to the migration rehearsal with our client and their billing partner, which did not complete until 01:30 the previous morning!
No energy was lost during the engaging event which covered the entire Head Office Technical Support Team, including the Head Office Support team, who will cover the retail stores and train the trainer events!
